- Describe the MSP® framework, including the seven principles, governance themes, and transformational flow, and explain how they work together to deliver successful programmes.
- Establish effective programme governance, defining roles, responsibilities, leadership structures, and stakeholder engagement to support successful programme delivery.
- Develop and manage a programme, including creating a Programme Brief, Programme Plan, Business Case, Benefits Management Approach, and other key programme management documentation.
- Identify, plan, and realise programme benefits, ensuring that projects remain aligned to strategic objectives and deliver measurable business value.
- Manage programme risks, issues, dependencies, and organisational change, applying MSP® best practice to maintain control throughout the programme lifecycle.
- Apply MSP® guidance to real-world scenarios and prepare confidently for the MSP® Foundation and Practitioner examinations through practical exercises and case study-based learning.
Pre-requisites
- There are no pre-requisites for attending the MSP® Foundation course. The Foundation exam has to be successfully completed prior to the practitioner exam.
